At Harvest Pure Salt, we aim to provide the best quality salt products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product or request a refund. We want to make this process as straightforward as possible for you.
Refund Policy
- Product Damages: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned product and inspect its condition. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns Policy
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@harvestpuresalt.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- When returning a product, please ensure it is securely packaged and include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
International Orders
For international orders, additional shipping and customs fees may apply. Harvest Pure Salt is not responsible for these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
